The latest 2003 model features a re-designed crankcase with larger boost and transfer ports, new design Piston/Liner, new steel conrod with needle roller big end bearing and advanced lubrication design and re-designed drum valve intake for greater fuel flow, bronze bushed drum housing, single plug head and a separate bolt on Carburetor.  Fitted with Large Crank Pin Crankshaft for increased strength and WIB Precision Swiss Bearings.

Also features an AAC Liner (Chromed Aluminium Liner), modified cylinder porting, wider boost port with reduced angle, improved transfer and boost ports and new Carburetor spray bar for more fuel flow at full throttle. Also features double fixed crankshaft with two bearings, steel conrod with needle bearings, Thin Zimmerman disk intake with increased section in central area, separate bolt on Carburetor and double water cooling chamber for better cooling.
